Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 1000 - Pirate Black/Nutmeg

Joe Freshgoods marks the return of the 1000, an archival running style originally released in 1999, with a comprehensive homage to all things Y2K. A performance-inspired open knit mesh upper in black is paired with bronze iridescent leather overlays, for a look that is equal parts sleek and rugged. Embroidered ‘1000’ and ‘JFG’ branding provides an elevated sense of detail, while flame graphics at the tongue and a web 1.0-inspired, lowercase ‘jfg’ badge at the heel provide subtle, unmistakably Y2K finishing touches.
